Identify a Charge On Your Account

If you've noticed a charge on your Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay that you don't recognize, don't worry, you're in the right place. Our secure transaction search lookup helps you quickly check whether the charge is connected to a subscription with us.

We'll guide you through a few quick steps to try and locate the transaction. If we can't find anything, you'll be offered the option to contact our support team directly.

What You'll Need to Get Started

To help us locate the transaction, please have the following details ready:

  • The amount, and approximate transaction date

  • The payment method used (Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay)

If you used a card, you'll need:

  • The first 6 digits (identifies the bank)

  • The last 4 digits (identifies your card)

  • The card's expiry date

Why do we ask for the first 6 and last 4 digits?

These parts of your card number help us securely identify the transaction, and are commonly used in fraud-safe lookup systems. They do not expose your full card number or allow any charges to be made. We never ask for your full card number, CVV, or PIN, so please do not provide these to us.

Tips Before You Start

  • Try checking your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a receipt or order confirmation from us.

  • If you have a TotalVPN account, it may be quicker to sign in to your Online Portal and check your billing history directly. You can cancel recurring payments there too.
